SCOPE OF THE PAPER

The proposed paper is aimed to the following goals:
- To sketch the essential of the current historical passage.
- To outline the basics of a new humanistic / astronautical-humanistic new philosophy.

FIRST CHAPTER – The conception
- The passage from industrial age to electronic age
- The new communication technologies breaked all the ideological walls, now the basic philosophies are coming in surface
- The environmental/resources crisis and the threat of anti-human so-called ethics
- The threat of social involutions in a closed world philosophy
- The need for a new excellent humanistic philosophy

SECOND CHAPTER – The birth
- To keep the excellent concepts of the liberal and of the solidaristic thoughts and to reject the unuseful / damnous points
- The qualitative and quantitative importance of the human patrimony in the current historical passage
- The role of the pressure in a birth process
- Metaphor of a birth: the baby Solar Civilization
- The need of a new open world philosophical paradigma
- The space frontier:
o key of a new structural development open horizon
o condition for a real new (growing) economy
o condition for a real ethic progress of the civilization
