well, Space Travellers isn't a organisation, its a label and a company of Space Tourism and Space Marketing. I personally doing this business since nearby 10 years, but my space knowledge is more out of a experience of 40 years. I followed up the discussions via e-mail. Some of threads are interesting. But, as ever, some people are do not think in realistic ways, they are thinking in dream bubbles. The space exploration isn't in the heads of the most politicians, and also not inside the brain of most of the people. If some people are thinking about, for example - space elevators, asteroid mining or other things, they are thinking its science fiction. And, up to 90 percent it is.
I'm personally involved in many groups for working for space. I have realistic and real contacts to most of the space agencies of this planet (ESA, NASA, JAXA - only the biggest one), and I see there that their mind will change inside the next decade. Not out of the fact, that some others are trying to settle up a new private business, no - out of the increased budgets, they have. Space is a scientific item, and without space exploration we do not have a chance to survive on this planet, but there are to many problems on this planet Earth, handmade and out of some peoples forces given. This is a huge problem.
There are a lot of thinkers about space. But the problem is, most of them do not have realistic backgrounds, and they are building up dream bubbles, not realistic scenarios with long ways.
Space begins on Earth! Not in Space. A lot of problems will be kicked away, if we will have a chance to open the minds for this planet. And the planet is only be visible, if it is viewed from space. The Earth is a biotope. Like a small lake in the forest. If you use a microscope, you will se a lot things what are living. If you see only the lake, only water. Same situation with our planet earth. If you are at the Amazonas inside the jungle, you see only wood and trees and other things. First thinking what people have is - what for hell some other are talking about? Where are the fires? Nothing to see (the signs with the headers "keep out - private property" are not seenable). If you are flying with a Soyuz Spaceship in an altitude of 400 km above Brasilia, you see the fires! And you are wondering about the facts what about others are telling. Same with the borders of the countries. They are existing only in the heads of the people, given from other people out of the past. You can stay at the customs declaration or immigration, and you feel the borders. If you are flying around earth, you see nothing. No borders.
One of the most used declarations of me personally about the thinking and the barriers of some people inside their head is, that a lot of problems are only made by humans on earth. If you look at present to Israel and Palestine, took a israelian and a palestinian inside a Soyuz Spacecraft, train them as a team for month or years, that they can handle this job, no problems at all. Only on Earth. Honor and pride are the keywords. And force.
Earth is like a small apartment. You are living in inside this appartement and you have rented it. If you do not take care of this appartement, and you mean you can live inside with waste, you will receive a lot of trouble. You will receive a document from the person who owned the appartment, that you have to keep all things clear. This is the first warning. If you don't do that, you will receive the 2nd warning. And if you are do also nothing after this, you will be throw out. Earth is this small appartement, and we received in the past a lot of warnings, but nothing happens or changed inside the heads of the people, who have the responsibility. Yes, there are little small steps, they are talking about enviromental things, classes for cars and filters for the industrial stuff, thats nice and this are the first steps. But this is only be possible behind the own countries. Its nice, if I hear this here for example in Germany, but if I look behind the next border to France or Poland, I see there different things. They are not following their own restrictions, because out of the money. To keep the enviroment clean is very expensive, and we all have to pay a lot of money to keep it clean.
Space Travellers is not only a company for space tourism. We are providing space tourism. During this the mind of the people are changing. I flown 2 times in the stratosphere up to a altitude of 32 km with a MIG-25. That was a different look! I flown more as 600 parabolas inside the last 8 years. This was another feeling. Most of the people changed their thinking about our biotope earth, if they made such experiences. And this is the thinking of Space Travellers.
So, if I can help to settle up the Renaissance Forum, I can do that. I will try it. Time is on my side very restricted, because I'm doing space business around the planet. Nice to see that Andrzej Kotarski is also in the comitee. I spoked with him in the past a lot of times, because Chuck Lauer from Rocketplane OKC told me about him, because he had have some nice ideas about space tourism projects in poland. And last time I spoked with him about the first polish satellite in space, about he is involved.
So, have a nice day, we keep in contact and if there is a place in the commitee, I will do this. Also, we can think about a logo, because my company was in former times a internet company, and I have a graphic designer, with whom I can speak about to creat a logo.
